SKATEPARK IN GROSS-UMSTADT
Mit einer Materialspende von 25 HPL-Platten, die speziell für Skateboardrampen beschichtet sind, hat RESOPAL ein neues Freizeitangebot für Rollsportfans in Groß-Umstadt unterstützt – ein gelebtes Beispiel für soziale Verantwortung von Unternehmen als aktiver Teil der Gemeinschaft. Rollsportfans können dort ausgiebig ihrem Sport nachgehen und gleichzeitig soziale Kontakt pflegen. Initiiert wurde das Projekt von airbag craftworks in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Jugendzentrum Kinder- und Jugendförderung Groß-Umstadt.

This Graduate Program enables young graduates to become familiar with the company and its various specialised professions, to work collaboratively on projects and receive tutoring from highly experienced in-house staff for the duration of their contract. This provides them with enhanced insight into the company and helps them to decide on their future career, an approach which also contributes to retaining talent.
The young people on this program also have the opportunity to :
- acquire a broad overview of the company.
- build their network.
- work with a team.
- learn quickly.
- demonstrate their abilities to deal with major challenges.
- pursue their training.
It also enables the company to attract young people to a less attractive employment sector, and to contribute to the creation of a talent pool in anticipation of the future.
PROJEKTE MIT SCHULEN UND KINDERGÄRTEN
Ein besonderes Beispiel aus der Unternehmensgeschichte und unserem regionalen Engagement ist die Kunstaktion, die in Zusammenarbeit mit vier Kindergärten der Groß-Umstädter Kernstadt durchgeführt wurde. Im Rahmen dieser Aktion durften die Kinder ihre kreativen Fähigkeiten unter Beweis stellen und malten zahlreiche Bilder, die anschließend im Motivdruck auf witterungsbeständige RESOPAL Fassadenplatten aufgebracht wurden. Sie schmücken heute stolz mehrere Gebäude auf dem Firmengelände. An einem Tag der offenen Tür wurden die Kinder und ihre Familien eingeladen, um die Gemälde zu bestaunen und die Werke der kleinen Künstler zu feiern.
RESOPAL hat die Wendelinusschule mit motivbedruckten, witterungsbeständigen Fassadenplatten unterstützt. Darauf wird nun stolz der Schulname präsentiert. Dieses besondere Projekt wurde mit 10 kreative Schülerinnen und Schüler der 3. und 4. Klassen durchgeführt, welche die Buchstaben entworfen und gestaltet haben. Diese 16 Buchstaben gehen nahezu symbolisch mit den 16 Jahren einher, in denen Schulleiterin Petra Wilhelms an der Wendelinusschule tätig war und als Abschiedsgeschenk der Schule hinterlässt.
